Steve joined Nicholson Construction in 2006 as an apprentice carpenter. Upon completion of his apprenticeship, he quickly progressed to the role of Site Manager. With a demonstrated ability to overcome complex construction issues and lead and develop diverse teams he was promoted to Project Manager and in 2018 joined the Board of Directors.

As a Director, his leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities have contributed to the success of both the company and its projects. Steve is committed to partnering with our clients and delivering quality outcomes and, as a registered commercial builder, he is able to bring technical expertise to this collaborative approach, to foster strong client relationships.
