Paul brings experience from his time spent delivering complex commercial construction projects in both Australia and in Ireland, his country of birth. He is an enthusiastic professional who has worked on a broad range of sectors, including education, health, commercial, residential, custodial, and civil infrastructure.

Paul joined Nicholson Construction in 2011 as a Contracts Manager and, with his detailed knowledge of contracts and project administration, he progressed to Commercial Manager. In 2018 he was promoted to Director, whilst still leading all commercial aspects of the business, including contract and risk management, project financial control and reporting.

With a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Paul excels in the skills of contract management, estimating, procurement and financial control, having honed those skills with tier one companies in Australia and Ireland.
