With extensive international commercial construction experience in Europe and Australia, Cathal rapidly moved through the ranks with Nicholson Construction becoming Director in 2023.

Cathal’s strong leadership skills coupled with his experience with highly complex builds is underpinned by a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, laying a strong foundation to keep delivering best practice construction management to regional Victoria.
