Delivered in two stages, the first stage of this project included the construction of a new four storey motel and two storey function centre along Napier Street, Bendigo. Also known as the Quality Hotel Lakeside, the motel comprises 58 new rooms, 23 on the first and second floors, and 12 on the top floor.
With the successful implementation of the first stage in August 2018, the Copulos Group then awarded Nicholson Construction the second stage of the project.
The second stage was an extension to the existing motel facility with new under croft car park at ground level including a new entry/foyer and renovation of the single storey function centre, as well as 20 economy motel style accommodation rooms.
