Kerang District Health provides a range of health care services to a population of approximately 4,000 residents within the Shire of Gannawarra, and the project consisted of the substantial demolition and replacement of the entire hospital.

Works were staged across four separable portions, to minimize impact to existing hospital facilities and to allow hospital operations to continue.
