Nicholson Construction delivered the new Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) Maryborough depot, based on designs and plans provided by DEECA and Watson Young Architects.
This project included specifically designed workshops, vehicle storage sheds, chemical decanting areas, and an administration building with briefing rooms and open office spaces.
The central vehicle storage shed included a vehicle wash bay adjacent to a workshop and general storage shed, including a sign print room and workshop. Storage included fuel trailer storage, hazardous materials, bulk materials and the general trailer storage shed.
A Radio Communications Tower and staff & public carparking completed this important piece of community services infrastructure.
