Our Bendigo Special Developmental School project in Kangaroo Flat, was delivered in partnership with Eplus architecture, on behalf of the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) in 2025.
This major upgrade and modernisation delivered brand-new classrooms and learning spaces to meet the growing demands and needs of the school community. It now ensures students have better learning opportunities through purpose-built facilities to meet their needs.
Project delivery consisted of six classrooms, two resource intensive rooms, staff room, meeting rooms, amenities, a gathering space and new accessible playgrounds.
This project is an excellent example of what can be achieved with strong relationships between the client, consultant, builder and subcontractors. In addition to Hamilton Parklands School and Swan Hill Specialist School, Bendigo Special Developmental School is one of three delivered in regional Victoria for the VSBA in the last three years.
