Nicholson Construction completed the refurbishment of Zagames Golden Point Hotel in Ballarat, released as a competitive tender in 2017 for the refurbishment of their venue. Delivering alterations and additions to the existing hotel, the project was separated into three stages to ensure the venue remained operational and continued to generate revenue for the client with patron safety and convenience a top priority.
The refurbishment included upgrades to the dining areas, gaming facilities, children’s play areas and the amenities blocks, proving so successful that the client invited Nicholson Construction to venture to the other side of the state to complete a similar refurbishment to a Zagames hotel venue in Berwick to the same high standard and level of quality.
